Helllllo Mad About Manhattanites!  We are winding into April with gusto and I have been anxious to celebrate Spring.  In NYC we have snow one day and 50 degree sunshine the next, we cannot keep up!  This particular shoot day last Friday, my photographer, Luc Jean-Baptiste and I jumped at the chance to shoot in a warm environment for once!  I chose my favorite street in the East Village, Stuyvesant Street.  This little secret street separates two Brownstone lined streets that point into second avenue of the East Village.  I love it especially because my NYU art building I spent countless hours painting and sculpting at school is located on Stuyvesant Street.  So, it is extremely sentimental and very charming!

I am super honored and excited to partner with Misfit Watches!  Yeah, I have used other tech watches/fitness bands in the past, but this one takes the cake.  Misfit has made it so easy to sync your phone (notifications, emails, texts and all) with the watch technology with ease!  It took me a total of ten minutes or less to pair my phone with the watch and start using it in my every day errands and movement.  I love how this watch tracks my fitness goals, keeps me on track with alarms and my calendar agenda.  Misfit even thought about adding a flashlight!  This watch has everything and is a must buy, I am only telling you because I love using it myself.

My next desirable purchase the last few months has been from Amazon Fashion!  The gorgeous camel brown circle purse above is a steal.  It looks designer but is affordable!  Snag it here .  Also, this striped green blouse gives me all the Spring time feels.  You can shop it here .

Leave it to the East Village to brighten your day, with record shops, ice cream stores year round and family owned stores over the ages, along with fabulous restaurants!  I hope you all enjoyed my latest post Mad About Change, because I have been getting wonderful feedback about how everyone is feeling overwhelmed in their lives in some kind of way.  Many of my close girlfriends have been confiding in how lost they feel and how out of control their lives seem to be.  I get it.  I am in a similar crossroads like I mentioned in my life and it is not easy.  It is difficult to make a jump or leap of faith into the unknown.  So many things can stress us and make us almost feel as if we should give up, but I am telling you in the grand scheme of things it really will all be okay.  I have been binging Army Wives lately, and yes the show is very dramatic, however, it tackles hot button issues and life events that remind you that where you are struggling in your life, it could be worse it could be harder.  You are so blessed to be in the position where you are now hard or not.  When you look back, you will see how lucky you are.
